Detailed Terms for Payment, Refund, and Order Cancellation

1. Payment Terms
   Payment is made in full at the time of purchase via the Staffono.ai platform or its integrated partner channels. All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

2. Refund Policy
   Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

   • The service was not provided as described.

   • A technical error occurred that prevented delivery of the service.

   • The customer cancels the order before the service begins (see cancellation terms below).

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment. The refund process may take up to 14 business days.

3. Order Cancellation
   Customers may cancel their order under the following conditions:

   • Before the AI service or appointment has started.

   • Through the dashboard or by contacting support.

Orders that have already been fulfilled or partially completed are not eligible for cancellation.
